Welcome to the Fourth IEEE International Symposium on Innovation in Information and Communication Technology, and welcome to Amman. The scope of this symposium is fairly wide, since it is intended to serve as a forum for discussing the wide range of issues that are raised by today’s Information and Communication Technology, as well as their evolution and their paradigm shifts. Our hope is that the width of the scope will enhance the symposium by increasing the potential for cross-fertilization.

• ISIICT 2011 organizing committee is very happy about the outcomes of the review process. Authors of accepted papers should be proud that their papers have been accepted in the conference program as only about 35% of submitted papers have been accepted..
• All authors are adviced to register in the conference tutorials and secure early rate.
• We strongly recommend authors of accepted papers to:
1. register early in order to guarantee that their paper will be included in the conference proceedings and conference program.
2. book their hotel room in order to get reduced rate, and.
3. arrange their travel plan ASAP, especially booking your flights to Amman.

4. Final camera ready manuscripts due on September 1st, 2011.

1. Paper submission deadline extended to June 1st, 2011.
2. ISIICT 2011 proceedings will be indexed in IEEE eXplore giving you and your work worldwide visibility and recognition.
3. Selected best papers will be published in the INFORMATION Journal as is with no further extension and review. ISIICT 2011 will pay the IEEE copyright waiving fees on behalf of the authors.
4. ISIICT 2011 organizing team provides authors with free transportation between airport, hotel and conference venue.
5. ISIICT 2011 registration includes a trip to the marvelous historical Petra city.
