- Teaching selected nursing courses based on expertise and program needs.
- Supervising graduate students’ theses and dissertations and providing academic mentorship. - Developing, reviewing, and updating course syllabi to ensure alignment with accreditation standards and emerging trends in nursing education.
- Integrating evidence-based practice, clinical guidelines, and current research findings into teaching materials.
- Participating in curriculum development, program evaluation, and continuous improvement of academic programs.
- Supporting innovative teaching strategies such as simulation-based learning, interprofessional education, and digital learning tools.
- Conducting seminars, workshops, and academic sessions for students and faculty.
- Supervising clinical training experiences and ensuring high-quality clinical learning environments.
- Providing academic advising and guidance to students to support their progression and success.
- Ensuring teaching activities meet institutional standards of academic integrity, quality, and student-centered learning.
