The center was established at Philadelphia University in 2001. It operates according to an annual plan and carries out its activities at the university level as well as the national and Arab levels, striving to enhance professional and academic qualification across various fields.
The center offers specialized diplomas and training courses in numerous disciplines, in addition to providing consultations and studies for institutions, companies, and individuals, contributing to professional development and capacity-building on multiple fronts.
