On behalf of the administration, faculty members, and staff, I would like to welcome you all to the Physiotherapy Department at Philadelphia University. The goal of our program is to provide our students with contemporary education to prepare them for a dynamic and constantly growing profession in physiotherapy. In the Physiotherapy Department, we strive to graduate competent physiotherapists equipped with knowledge, skills, values, and lifelong learning skills. The program curriculum provides our students with basic, medical, clinical, and behavioral sciences to enable them to acquire the essential knowledge and skills for practicing physiotherapy upon graduation. Ethical practice is emphasized throughout the program. Our graduates are prepared to thrive in the modern and evolving healthcare environment.

The program curriculum is implemented by highly motivated, creative, talented, and experienced faculty members. Our faculty members are distinguished professors, health practitioners, and researchers. We are keen to share our knowledge and experience with our students.

During your journey in the program, you will participate in a variety of curricular and extracurricular learning experiences. We have an integrated educational curriculum that combines online learning, active in-class learning that focuses on critical thinking, problem-solving, and evidence-based practice, laboratories that provide hands-on learning opportunities, and clinical site learning where students learn through practical experiences with patients/clients.
