  1. Two roll-ups on the contest exhibited in several places to urge students to participate. (Appendix I)
  2. A circular to all faculty deans to register students from their faculties who wish to participate. (Appendix II)
  3. Poster advertised in all faculties calling students to participate in the contest. (Appendix III)
  4. Advertisement uploaded on the front-page of university website, WhatsApp, Facebook, and social media calling students to participate in the contest. (Appendix IV)
  5. Advertisement distributed on the front-page of university website, Facebook, and social media calling the public and students from other universities to participate in the contest. (Appendix V)
  6. Scheduled meetings with interested students, conducted by Prof. Isam Al-Fuqaha’ and Dr. Amro Al-Said Ahmad, to illustrate the idea of the contest for them. (Appendix VI)
  7. Collection of application forms as attached. (Appendix VII)
  8. Distribution of the Students Guide for Digital Storytelling, translated into Arabic.
