The treatment system within the health center
1.When a student registers for his first semester, he is given a university ID card, which is used as a card for health insurance purposes.
2.The student is directed to the health center, where an electronic health file is prepared for him, in which his university data is recorded, and then his visits to the health center, and the resulting treatments or examinations.
3.The medical examination is free for students and employees. The doctor examines and diagnoses him, and gives him the required medical prescription.
4.The medicine dispensed within the center is free for students; while the medicine prescribed by the university doctor is free, the student visits the university pharmacy to dispense it.
5.If it becomes clear that the student's condition requires consultation with an accredited specialist doctor, he will be referred using a treatment form issued by the approved insurance company.
6. If the condition indicates seriousness, he is sent by the center’s ambulance, accompanied by a male or female student paramedic, to the emergency room of an accredited hospital, where he is treated, or admitted to the hospital, depending on the case.
7. Transfer to admission to an accredited hospital for non-emergency cases shall be made by the specialist physician, and the insurance company shall be notified in advance, and coverage shall be 90% for all cases of treatment within the hospital.
