• Key Functions:

• Monitoring the quality of student services and implementing measures for effective service delivery.
• Administering financial support programs, including the Student Fund, Sponsorship Fund, and Student Employment Fund.
• Issuing certificates of good conduct and behavior for students.
• Managing the removal of disciplinary records for graduating students.
• Issuing permits for private vehicles to access the university campus.
• Producing university identification cards for students and staff.
• Supervising the elections for the Student Council.
• Hosting an annual iftar banquet for orphanages during the holy month of Ramadan.
• Organizing blood donation campaigns in collaboration with the Jordan Blood Bank.
• Addressing and resolving transportation-related student complaints in alignment with university policies and student preferences.
