- Monitoring the quality of student services and implementing measures for effective service delivery.
- Administering financial support programs, including the Student Fund, Sponsorship Fund, and Student Employment Fund.
- Issuing certificates of good conduct and behavior for students.
- Managing the removal of disciplinary records for graduating students.
- Issuing permits for private vehicles to access the university campus.
- Producing university identification cards for students and staff.
- Supervising the elections for the Student Council.
- Hosting an annual iftar banquet for orphanages during the holy month of Ramadan.
- Organizing blood donation campaigns in collaboration with the Jordan Blood Bank.
- Addressing and resolving transportation-related student complaints in alignment with university policies and student preferences.
