About the Center

Continuous development and commitment to quality standards are among the most important ways to advance academic institutions, and this represents a roadmap for Philadelphia University to achieve its future aspirations. The Academic and Administrative Development and Training Center at the University is considered one of the most important pillars of the academic and administrative development process through organizing activities, forums, and discussion sessions that focus on developing the teaching and research process for all faculty members, in addition to qualifying and developing the administrative staff at the University. The Center works to build bridges of communication with all sectors and branches of the University to meet the training, evaluation, and measurement needs required by academic and administrative units by providing everything that is appropriate and innovative in the educational, teaching, administrative, technological, and research fields.

The Center also focuses on academic and administrative leaders to improve their performance in their administrative tasks in academic and administrative units.
